You have a right to cancel and return your items within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Please package up the unwanted item(s) in the original condition with labels still attached.

We unfortunately can not offer an exchange on the item you wish to return. You will need to make a new order for your new size.
All returns costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the item was shipped damaged or incorrect.
Request that the post office clerk provides you with a proof of posting. Retain the proof of posting until you receive a refund.
