You have a right to cancel and return your items within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Please package up the unwanted item(s) in the original condition with labels still attached.

We unfortunately can not offer an exchange on the item you wish to return. You will need to make a new order for your new size.

All returns costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the item was shipped damaged or incorrect. 

Request that the post office clerk provides you with a proof of posting. Retain the proof of posting until you receive a refund.

Livia's Boutique will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customer’s behalf.

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note your Bank may take 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Any items bought in store will be issued a credit note or where possible an exchange, within 28 days of purchase. 

If your item is faulty, we will provide a full refund with valid proof of purchase.
